This Blog is my attempt to connect with random people that will give me feedback about my desire to become a good Chef, to cook delicious food, and to advertise Brazilian food, which I am most familiar cooking for my family and friends.
Brazilian food is rich in flavours, in colours, in ingredients, in diversity of the same ingredients... and I have been learning to respect each aspect of these ingredients. They have many ways to be used and, as Chef, I want to make sure that all the ingredients that I will use will be treated with respect, will be honoured and will result in a superb dish.
